Louis has worked as an Information Technology Leader in corporate and government sectors. With more than 25 years as a leader, he has provided guidance and support for many teams to lead them towards their full potential and the success of several application development project.

Louis has also worked as a Computer Science and Data Analytics professor for several colleges and universities including the City University of New York and Columbia University. This has given Louis the opportunity to mentor many students through their studies and eventual employment in their chosen field of study.

In addition to his corporate and academic work, Louis speaks at corporate and academic events on various inspirational topics including academic and employment strategies, entrepreneurship, and overcoming adverse experiences to achieve success.
